Nepalese cricket team defeated in USA
Nepal’s cricket team, which is currently in the United States, lost to Nepal All-Stars by 4 wickets in the first practice match.
The Nepali team has gone to the USA to play with USA and Oman under ICC World Cup League-2. Nepal was scheduled to play two practice matches.
Chasing a victory target of 191 runs in the first practice match in Houston, Texas, USA, the Nepali All-Stars completed the task losing 6 wickets in 33.5 overs.
Bipul Sharma, an experienced IPL player, contributed 50 runs in 51 balls in the victory of the All-Stars. Sunrisers Hyderabad is the player who won the IPL in 2016. Captain of the Nepali team Sandeep Lamichhane took 5 wickets for 49 runs in 10 overs including 1 maiden but Nepal was defeated.
